Our Mission

True Light Shines Academy believes that every child is different and learns differently at a different pace. We’re committed to forming a partnership with student and parents in order to establish and meet individual goals while educating and discipling through a central God-focused curriculum.

Our Vision

True Light Shines Academy is a K-12 school that integrates God’s Word throughout our core subjects. We aim to enrich the overall academic process and experience through direct family involvement in the learning process.

Our  Beliefs

• God First—He is the source of all knowledge: Subject areas are interwoven around Scripture.

•  Belief in a God-Centered Education: Biblical principles and values are emphasized.

•  God Created Each Student as a Unique Individual: Curriculum is adapted to the individual student.

•  Discipleship: Developing spiritual maturity in our youth.

•  Commitment to Worship and Service: Students participate in daily worship and regularly scheduled service opportunities.

•  Commitment to and by Families: God chose the family unit intentionally and the Bible emphasizes their importance. The school is deeply committed to a belief that the educational process needs to involve the family of each student as much as possible.
